Beginning of a Journey

I relaxed throughout the drive, with my feet up high on the dashboard
Leaving our children behind with their grandparents in Kota Bharu, we began our trip with a six-hour drive back to Kuala Lumpur.

Let me get this straight. The word honeymoon actually means "a holiday taken by a newly married couple". We went for a holiday, yes, but we're not newly married. So, no, that means we're not on our honeymoon aaa? A getaway is more precise, just to spend time being with each other while exploring other parts of bumi indah Allah. I'm talking about our last trip to Europe in September, which I will post more in my future entries.

Despite feeling anxious of our upcoming vacation, we still could not stop thinking about our children. Nak excited lebih-lebih rasa macam bersalah. Nak risau lebih-lebih, kang membazir pulak bayar mahal-mahal IF we don't enjoy the trip. There were too many "what if" questions playing around in our heads. Padan muka, sape suruh glenya nak pegi bercuti? All we had was our du'a, the main one being to let that day not be our last moment with our kids or their last goodbye to us. ALlah has been kind to us, so far. We should really count our blessings.

Whoa, full speed!!!
(Agak-agak kalau JPJ/PDRM baca blog aku ni, kitorang kena saman ekor tak?)
