Finally made it to the free make-up service at Bobbi Brown, in Pavillion yesterday. They put me on Nude, then Glam and lastly Smoky-eyed kind of make-up. They even taught me how to apply concealers, make-up base, foundations, shadow base, blushers, whatever base, base, base, base, bla bla bla... ugh, baik ambik cat aje senang, and paint all over my face with it!
Wei, penat la nak buat semua2 tu just to appear with a better look? The result? See for yourself. Biasa2 je kot sebenarnya. But somehow I did look more of-a-ghost off-camera. Dalam gambar, macam nothing pulak. The only thing different I managed to notice was the 'look' and attention I get right after, be it from passers-by or shop attendants. More than a few simply smiled almost the minute I walked in, even from those yang vogue gila2 tu. Normally, I would not get that from them, considering my ala-kampung attire. It's amazing what overly-done make up can do for impressions.
But it was an interesting session. I got the basics; mission accomplished. Thank you, June and Simone! ;-) I cannot guarantee I am ready to practice it yet, hehehe.
