I initially disapproved of such physical movements, as some other normal parents or grandparents would, but as I looked it up online, apparently it is good for the stimulation of the baby's vestibular system (relating to sense of equilibrium), subsequently improving the baby's sense of balance. Read it up here.
I tried these sort of activities myself sometimes by swinging and spinning them, but would often stop almost immediately sebab AKU yang dizzy, bukan budak-budak tu, hahaha! ONE problem whenever we begin to swing or turn them upside down, though... they would ask for more!!! And with THREE little more-than-10-kilograms of mass as weights each, I dare not even begin to nowadays. Let the man of the house, hopefully with the muscles and enough energy do it. Count me out.
However, I was right all along; this should not be done right after the baby has had his/her meals. Look at them go, huuuuuuu yay!
